REFUNDs+ EXCHANGES
All designs are final! There are no refunds or exchanges.
Due to the extensive work involved, we cannot accommodate changes once a design has been finalized. While we understand that circumstances may change, adjustments cannot be made after approval. Please consider this carefully before proceeding to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience.
DESIGNS
While we draw inspiration from many sources, we do not copy or replicate others' work.
J. JHANA, LLC takes full responsibility only for our original styles and creations.
DEPOSIT
To ensure timely completion and delivery, all projects will begin only after a deposit is made by the agreed-upon due date. This applies whether you provide the material or have it sourced for you.
For workload management, please note that any project with a deposit overdue by seven or more days may be subject to cancellation at any time.
ONLINE PAYMENT
Please note: A 3% online transaction fee will apply to payments made by credit or debit card.
LATE FEES
To maintain our commitment to customer satisfaction, we have implemented a time management system.
If an item is not picked up or an outstanding balance remains unpaid 7 days after the scheduled pick-up date, a $25 late fee will be added to the agreed price.
After 1 month of non-payment, the client forfeits all rights to the garment, and it will be made available for sale.
SHIPPING
Shipping fees are separate.

Clients must be located in the New York City area to receive full service, ensuring precise measurements and fittings.
