ORDER PROCESSING

 

For all pre-orders, please allow 3-4 weeks for processing before shipping.

 

Typical order processing time for all items is usually 5-7 business days.  

 

STANDARD

Shipping items process within 5-7 business days. Delivery is within 2-5 business days in the U.S. via USPS First Class Mail.

 

PRIORITY 

Priority packages process within 5-7 business. Delivery is within 2-3 business days anywhere in the U.S. via USPS Priority Mail.

EXPRESS

Express packages process within 5-7 business days. Delivery is within 1 business day via USPS Priority Mail Express in the U.S.

 

PLEASE NOTE:  Any express order placed on a Saturday, Sunday or a National Holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

ALL DOMESTIC ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITH UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS)



INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International packages process within 5-7 business days. Delivery is approximately 2-6 business days via UPS  or USPS depending on the final destination.

 

PLEASE NOTE: During the holiday seasons, shipping delays could occur. Also, delivery time may vary based on country destinations.

If your package has not arrived within 5-10 business days from the shipment date, please email us at info@jjhana.com. We’ll be happy to help.

SHIPPING

/RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

We do not offer refunds or exchanges at this time.

Bear in mind, that most garments are made to order and require a few steps to create. Unfortunately, because of this process, we are unable to grant returns or exchanges at this time.

​

Please read the garment description thoroughly before finalizing your transaction. Be sure to measure yourselves to select the correct size. If you are uncertain of how to do so, please take a look at our size guide or contact us via email at info@jjhana.com for further assistance, we will be happy to assist you.

All of our pieces are handmade with care and individually inspected before being shipped out. We set out to provide only the highest quality garments.

If J. JHANA, LLC. is at fault, a return request can be made via email at info@jjhana.com with the subject " Faulty Return—Order # ____" four days after the order is delivered.  

 

To process the return, items must remain unsoiled, unworn, unlaundered, and with hang tags still intact, including packaging.

ANY SIGNS OF WEAR (ANYTHING OTHER THAN TRYING ON THE PRODUCT) OR DAMAGE THAT IS NOT AT THE FAULT OF J. JHANA, LLC. WILL LEAD TO THE RETURN REQUEST BEING DENIED.

RETURNS MUST BE MADE VIA EMAIL- INFO@JJHANA.COM - WE DO NOT ACCEPT ORDER REQUESTS VIA SOCIAL MEDIA.

IF WE ARE AT FAULT, WE WILL PAY FOR RETURN POSTAGE.

​

Please follow the care instructions on the label/ care section in the product description to preserve the wear of your garment.

 

Our garments are made from delicate materials and it is normal to experience some “wear and tear” after some use.

J. JHANA, LLC. has a no-warranty policy.

 

 

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the different qualities of computer screens, some garments may appear different in shade.

 

In accordance with health regulations, we will not accept any returned item that has been worn, marked, soiled, washed, or damaged.


Once we receive your returned item,  your return will be processed. You will receive a confirmation email.

 

PURCHASE POLICY

We reserve the right to verify any orders with a value of $300 and over.

 

Items can only be shipped to the billing address provided. If needed to be shipped elsewhere other than the billing address an email to info@jjhana.com will be required stating the authorization to ship to a different address along with a valid telephone number and photo ID. If you are unable to verify this information, your order will be canceled.
